Ans: Since the world moving at a fast pace and due to the rate of development in technology as well as commerce, it’s fair to say that white collar cyber crimes are increasing. 

Prior to the internet age, these crimes were committed outside the computer but now the white collar cyber crimes are occurring at a wide pace by the source of the internet as well as the internet world. Any crime which was committed on the Internet is referred to as Cybercrime, and when such cyber crime is non-violent and especially performed towards financial gain then it would become a White-collar cybercrime.
